MysexyMeow Return and Exchange Policy?
Returns or exchanges will be credit within 15 days from the date of the merchandise has received or being delivered by carriers. It is your responsibility to check your merchandise with correct color, size and report any defective garment right after received.
What is eligible for return?
1. All return item must be in new condition and cannot be worn
2. Items cannot be laundered or any tags being removed.
3. No stinks no smell, such as perfume, lotion or cigarette smoking.
4. Not stained.
5. Items is not in original packaging.
What is not eligible for return?
1. Due to hygienic reason, all panties are not eligible for return.
2. All Sale or Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I make a return or exchange
Step 1: Please login myMeow, you will see customer dashboard. Please click view message to send us an RMA# request. We will reply your email within 24 hr with RMA Form enclosed. (of cause, you can also email us sales@mysexyMeow.com for RMA request)
Step 2: Fill out the RMA form and pack the item. Please make sure to write down the RMA # on the shipping carton or envelop.
Step 3: Ship the item back to us with address on the RMA form. We recommend to add shipping confirmation from the carrier.*
We will based on your request to process the return or exchange within 24 hr after the package has received.
Is my Shipping cost refundable?
1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For any return, we will credit your account minus the shipping charge.
2. A credit or exchange will be processed within 24hr after we receive the package.
For exchange customer, who pay the return shipping?
1. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred when sending back the item* and mysexyMeow will pay the return shipping cost for exchanged item.
*we recommend our customer to add delivery confirmation service from the carrier, mysexyMeow is not responsible for any lost package.
